Shipping Policy

At Natures Experience, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because our items are skincare, herbal preparations, and apothecary goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. All items are final sale for safety and quality reasons.

Final Sale Items
All products are final sale. We cannot offer returns or refunds due to scent preference, texture differences, skin reactions, change of mind, or allergies discovered after use. Patch testing is recommended, especially for bee products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email info.naturesexperience@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and packaging photos if applicable. We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products contain natural ingredients, herbs, essential oils, and bee-derived ingredients. It is the customer’s responsibility to read all ingredient lists before purchase. Refunds cannot be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Patch testing is strongly encouraged.

How Refunds Are Processed
If you qualify for a refund (damaged or incorrect items only), your refund will be issued to your original payment method through our secure payment processor, Shopify Payments. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We currently ship within Canada, USA, and select European countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.

Processing Times
All orders are handmade in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped with tracked shipping only. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Canada: Expedited Parcel or comparable tracked service
United States: Tracked Packet USA or comparable tracked service
Europe: Tracked international shipping via Canada Post, UPS, or a comparable carrier
Shipping carriers may vary depending on destination and parcel size.

Large Orders
Orders that exceed our standard parcel size or weight may require multiple parcels. If shipping rates are not shown at checkout, your order may require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us and we will provide an accurate shipping cost and a secure checkout link.

Multiple Parcels
Larger orders may be shipped in more than one parcel to ensure safe delivery.

International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. These fees are outside of our control and are determined by local customs authorities. Customs processing times can vary, and delays may occur once a shipment has left Canada.

Customs & Import Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are permitted for import into their country. Due to varying international regulations, we cannot guarantee customs clearance for all destinations. In rare cases where a shipment is delayed, refused, or returned by customs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive after being marked “Delivered” by the carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Handmade & Small-Batch Variations
All products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Variations in colour, texture, scent, or firmness may occur from batch to batch — this is normal and part of working with botanicals and bee-derived ingredients. These variations do not impact product performance or quality.

Heat Sensitivity
Products containing tallow, oils, beeswax, or herbal infusions may soften or melt if exposed to heat during transit. If melting occurs, place the product in the fridge to restore texture. This does not affect product quality.

Product Use
All items are for external use only unless stated otherwise. Please review ingredient lists carefully, especially if you have sensitivities to herbs, essential oils, or bee-derived ingredients. Patch testing is recommended for all skincare products.

Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from Natures Experience, you acknowledge responsibility for reviewing all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and safety notes before use.

** United States Orders (Important) **

U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and processing fees determined by U.S. Customs and the carrier. These fees are outside of our control and are based on the order value, product category, and current trade regulations.

At this time, duties and import fees may be charged either at checkout, prior to shipment, or by the carrier upon delivery, depending on the shipping method selected.

We are actively working to offer duty-prepaid shipping options for U.S. customers to reduce surprise fees. Until this system is finalized, U.S. customers should be aware that additional charges may apply.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for any applicable import fees.
